A Swiss innovation
By combining two patented next-generation Swiss technologies in a single filter, Nano takes gravity filtration to the next level. The result: high-performance filtration across more than 200 contaminants, with a fast flow rate and simple everyday use.
Fast filtration without compromising performance
Unlike conventional gravity filters, which often rely on a series of compacted or layered materials, Nano uses a completely different filtration architecture.
At the heart of the system is a composite fibrous media designed as a true active network. The fibres form the structure of the filter and create flow pathways through which the water moves naturally.
Throughout the entire depth of this matrix, nanoporous activated carbon and active surfaces dedicated to reducing pathogens are integrated directly into the media. These technologies are therefore not confined to a few separate layers: they are distributed along the water’s path and act simultaneously throughout the filtration process.
This design increases the number of interactions between the water and the different filtration media, while maintaining efficient flow through the cartridge.
Nano does more than simply stack filtration materials: it transforms the entire filter into an active water purification network
How the original NANO filter works
With an average flow rate of 0.3 litres per minute, or up to 18 litres of filtered water per hour, the Nano filter clearly stands out from many conventional gravity filtration systems.
Such speed naturally raises a question: can water passing through the filter more quickly still be filtered just as effectively?
With Nano, yes. This speed does not come from less demanding filtration, but from a differently engineered architecture.
The Nano filter separates two functions that are often linked in traditional systems: water flow and contaminant capture. Water can therefore move quickly through the fibrous network, while the various active surfaces along its path continue to interact with pollutants.
The flow rate increases without compromising the filtration principle.

NANO Filter Innovation
This active network architecture not only changes the way Nano captures contaminants, but also optimizes water flow throughout the entire cartridge.
Instead of passing through a compact filter mass, the water quickly spreads throughout the fibre network and flows through a multitude of open pathways. This allows the entire filter media to work simultaneously, with significantly less resistance to water flow.
The result: Nano achieves an average flow rate of up to 18 litres per hour — up to 18 times faster than some conventional gravity filters.
This faster filtration does not come at the expense of performance. Throughout the filtration process, contaminants come into contact with the various active surfaces integrated into the media, combining high flow rate, filtration efficiency and ease of use.
More flow, less resistance: Nano rethinks gravity filtration without compromising between speed and efficiency.
